Got to Get Better in a Little While’ was an early highlight while ‘I Shot The Sheriff’ was good but fell short of past performances. With the Robert Johnson set, things finally reached the stratosphere. ‘Sunshine Of Your Love’ was powerful and a welcomed return to the setlist.
Review by Jim Shalvoy
Following a tasty opener by The Wallflowers (which was very enjoyable and could have been longer), Eric and his talented crew set to work cranking out an energetic set. Clapton’s guitar and vocal skills continue in top form and he blistered solo after solo off the rafters of the Time-Warner Cable Arena. Great sound for large venue and a very talented backing band. He’s still got it!
