The venue’s formal name is Nagoya Civic General Gymnasium (Nagoya-shi Sōgō Taiikukan) it was first called Nagoya Rainbow Hall from it’s opening in 1987 until 2007, then Nippongaishi Hall from 2007 to present. Some sources have the current name as “Japan Gaishihoru”
