Eric Clapton's 2006 / 2007 World Tour stopped in Jacksonville, Florida on 21 October 2006 - the hometown of band member Derek Trucks. Since 1994, Trucks has fronted his own band, the Derek Trucks Band. In 1999, he signed on as a full-time member of the Allman Brothers Band. His uncle, Butch Trucks, is that band's drummer and one of the founding members.
