Where’s Eric! Photo License
- I understand that Where’s Eric! is a fan-run group which produces a magazine, online content via whereseric.com and on social media solely for the enjoyment of other fans and that it is not a commercial enterprise.
- I understand that whereseric.com offers news via a RSS Feed to other websites free of charge and an image in a Where’s Eric! news article may appear on other websites that use the RSS feed. I further understand that all Where’s Eric! online content is fully discoverable by web browsers.
- I understand that the submission of photographs does not guarantee use. Where’s Eric! retains sole editorial control in selecting / presenting photos for publication in the magazine and its online platforms. All photos selected for use will have a photo credit consisting of the first and last name of the photographer.
- I affirm that I am the owner of the copyright in the photograph(s) I am submitting to Where’s Eric!.
- I hereby give my consent to Where’s Eric! to use, reproduce, and publish the photos in Where’s Eric! Magazine, on whereseric.com and / or on its social media accounts now or in the future without compensation.
- This license remains in effect until revoked by me in writing at http://whereseric.com/contact/
