The venue opened in 1969 in a thinly populated area of Hollywood at 16661 West Hollywood Boulevard. In 1980, the land it was on was annexed to Pembroke Pines and the street address was changed to 17171 Pines Boulevard. The venue was approximately 26 miles from Miami and 23 miles from Fort Lauderdale. It was torn down in 1993.
