Planned by the Baltimore Bicentennial Committee, the festival was cancelled due to severe weather conditions. The storm destroyed the stage. Various newspaper ads announced Eric as the headliner along with The Eagles, Santana, Pure Prairie League and “some pleasant surprises.”
