RIck Nielsen wrote to WE! in Sept 2014: “Perhaps the Dominos were originally scheduled to play at the Community Center but they actually played in the basketball gym of then Cal Western University in Point Loma, now called Point Loma Nazarene. All I remember was that it was super loud, super crowded and super hot inside.”
Author Marc Roberty notes in Eric Clapton Day By Day Vol 1 (2014) that the venue was the Community Concourse and two shows took place (8PM and 10PM).
