Farnborough Town Hall in Hampshire was a regular stop on the UK touring circuit in the early to mid-1960s. Eric performed there with The Yardbirds, John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, and Cream. Like many civic halls of the period, it provided a large, accessible space for dances and concerts. As the British blues scene expanded beyond London, venues such as this played an important role in bringing touring artists to regional audiences, helping to sustain the growing live circuit.
