BBC Radio 1 recorded portions of the 3 day festival that were broadcast the same day in the evening. At the end of The Yardbirds’ set, they were joined by all guests listed above for a jam.

Following the gig, the band would prepare to leave on 10 August for their first European shows (Switzerland 14-21 August). However, Keith Relf is taken ill and hospitalized with complications from severe asthma. He would miss 6 weeks of performances. Mick O’Neil would fill in for the dates in Switzerland. Mike Vernon and Tony Carter would also fill in while Keith recovered.
