Here’s a rare opportunity for fans and print collectors: an extremely limited edition Cream silk screen print, commissioned by Eric Clapton following the band’s historic 2005 reunion, can now be part of your collection.
Designed by legendary graphic artist John Van Hamersveld and hand-printed in Los Angeles in 2005 by Richard Duardo of Modern Multiples, a master silk screen printer known for his meticulous craftsmanship, the print is hand-signed and numbered by the artist.
Measuring 48″ x 34″ on archival paper with torn edges, the print was produced in two colorways—Magenta and Chocolate—with just 50 of each made. Half were sold directly by the artist at $1,200 each in 2005 and sold out quickly. The remaining 25 of each color were retained by Eric Clapton’s merchandise sales office, where they have been stored flat for the past 20 years and never offered for sale—until now.
To mark the 20th anniversary of the Cream reunion concerts in London and New York, the remaining prints in each colorway are being released at $499 USD (plus tax). Free delivery. Quantities are extremely limited, with fewer than 15 of each colorway remaining. Availability is expected to be brief.
The prints are available exclusively through Eric Clapton Sales on eBay, the official outlet for Eric Clapton surplus tour merchandise and limited edition posters since 2003. All items offered are brand-new, authentic, and shipped directly from the EC warehouse in the United States.

About the Artist
John Van Hamersveld is one of the most influential graphic artists of the rock era, with more than 300 album covers to his credit. His work includes Magical Mystery Tour (The Beatles), Exile on Main Street (The Rolling Stones), Hotter Than Hell (KISS), Fly Like an Eagle (Steve Miller Band), and the now-iconic posters for Cream’s 2005 Royal Albert Hall reunion. His bold, psychedelic style helped define the visual language of 1960s and ’70s popular culture.
