Jack Bruce Biography Delayed Until February 2010

The publication of the Jack Bruce biography – Composing Himself: The Authorised Biography of Jack Bruce – has been delayed until February 2010 according to the publisher, Jawbone Press.

When published next year,  Harry’s Shapiro’s book will have a foreword written by Eric Clapton. The book will cover Bruce’s classical music training, his early jazz career, his success in Cream, his later career and his troubled life. Shapiro’s work will be familiar to Clapton fans due to his two previous books on Eric – 1984’s Slowhand and it’s 1992 update, Eric Clapton – Lost In The Blues.
