Eric Clapton: Budapest 2026

Eric Clapton’s 2026 Tour rolled into Budapest on Saturday, May 2 at the MVM Dome, marking his first return to the city in 20 years following his July 18, 2006 show at the Sportarena.
The set was a well-balanced mix of guitar-driven blues, deep cuts, and longtime fan favorites, delivered with the nuance and musicianship that continue to define Eric’s live performances. From the opening pairing of “Badge” into “Key To The Highway” through to the closing “Before You Accuse Me,” the night moved easily between electric numbers and a more intimate mid-show acoustic set.

Tonight’s support, as with all remaining European dates, was Andy Fairweather Low and The Low Riders.
The tour continues with Prague (May 4), Madrid (May 7), and Barcelona (May 10), where only a small number of tickets remain across select categories.
From there, Eric heads to Germany—a country he’s been visiting on tour since 1967—to close out the spring run. Mannheim (May 13) offers the best remaining opportunity to catch the show this leg, with a good range of seats still available. Cologne (May 15) and the final night in Munich (May 17) both have limited tickets still on sale.
