“BB King – The Life of Riley” Features Eric Clapton

Watch the film trailer! BB King – The Life of Riley, from director Jon Brewer, gets its North American theatrical debut at NXNE Film in Toronto on 14 June. It is currently being screened on a limited basis in select European cities. Narrated by Morgan Freeman, it features a bevy of big names: Eric Clapton, John Mayall, Dr. John, Bono, Ringo Starr, Carlos Santana, Slash, Leon Russell, Bonnie Raitt, Buddy Guy, Ron Wood, Mick Jagger, Bruce Willis, Bill Cosby and more. The documentary about the famed bluesman had a limited screening in the UK in October 2012. Theatrical showings in the U.S. have not been announced. The 123 minute authorized documentary is already available on DVD and Blu-Ray. A companion book of the same title features contributions from many of the above mentioned, including Eric Clapton.
