Arad Fort Tickets On Sale February 22

Tickets for Eric Clapton’s previously announced concert at Arad Fort on March 8 will go on sale to the general public this Saturday, February 22 at 10AM. It will be the guitarist’s first appearance in Bahrain. Eric’s concert is just one of many events during the ninth annual Spring of Culture Festival happening February 27 to April 10. Other artists appearing during the multi-week event include Jose Carreras, Gloria Gaynor, Mohammed Abdo, Philip Bailey, Ramsey Lewis, the Chinese National Acrobatic Troupe, the Fire of Anatolia Dance Troupe and the Liaoning Ballet.

Tickets will be sold through springofculture.org and at Bahrain City Centre – Entrance 1 at the Spring of Culture ticket booth and information stand. There is a 6 ticket limit per person. Festival organizers are encouraging people to purchase online, rather than at the Spring of Culture ticket booth. On sale time is local to venue.

The concert at Arad Fort will be the final concert of Eric’s February / March 2014 Tour. The next leg of the tour starts at the New Orleans Jazz Fest on April 27.
