2009 StarCards Charity Auction for GOSH Starts 5 November: Bid on an Autographed Eric Clapton Playing Card

Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital (GOSH) in London is holding its annual Starcards Fundraiser from 5 November to 15 November 2009 via an eBay Charity Auction. Each year, StarCards offers a collection of celebrity signed playing cards and other unique items. Among this year’s items is a framed photo of Eric Clapton with an autographed two of clubs playing card. Other participating celebrities in include Mark Knopfler, Gary Moore, Steve Vai, Paul Carrack, Rick Parfitt, Phil Hilborne, Scott Mckeon and Joe Brown.
StarCards is a not-for-profit fundraising team and official eBay charity partner. Since 2002 StarCards has raised funds solely for the benefit of Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital Charity. The charity exists to support the hospital so it can remain at the forefront of international paediatric medicine and continue to offer specialist world-class care to thousands of young patients every year. The hospital first opened its doors in 1852.
