Documentary about the famous Irish song "Danny Boy", tracing its origins and including musical interpretations and interviews with performers discussing what the song means to them. Appearances by Ronnie Drew, Shane McGowan, Marianne Faithfull, Sinead O’Connor, Eric Clapton and Van Morrison. Eric was filmed performing the song on acoustic guitar in Olympic Studios. Aired on PBS (U.S) and the BBC circa 1994 – 1996. The VHS Tape was available commercially from PBS for a short time.
