Playing with Eric was Billy Preston. Entering the stage as casual as a roadie, Clapton needs not the fireworks, or dramatic entrances of the likes of Brooks, Back Street, or Reba, the music is dramatic enough. He simply walked on stage carrying his guitar and began playing. Playing for 2+ hours, the audience was left standing and cheering for more. This was the only time that I have ever seen Clapton live and would highly recommend the experience.

Just got back from Arco Arena tired but happy. What a show! Highlights for me were River of Tears (a new showstopper!), Hoochie Coochie Man (great organ solo by Billy), and Somewhere Over the Rainbow. It took a lot of guts to follow "Sunshine" with a mellow acoustic number. It was heartfelt and beautiful. Eric and the boys played for over two hours and it went by too fast. He was in a great mood, smiling and playing his heart out for the what appeared to be a sold-out show. I am grateful for having seen this legend and genius and I hope everybody else enjoys the show. Don’t miss this tour!!!!
