Eric Clapton Sets Out on 2026 Tour April 20

Eric Clapton returns to the road on April 20 as his 2026 tour gets underway with two sold-out nights at G Live in Guildford.

These warm-up shows take place in a more intimate setting than the arenas that follow, offering a rare chance to see Eric in a smaller hall. Built on the site of the former Guildford Civic Hall, G Live recalls the years when Eric regularly performed at the now-demolished venue. Both shows begin at 8:30pm, with no support act and no interval.

The European leg officially begins on April 24 at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, where support comes from Jett Rebel. Since launching his career in 2012, Jett has become one of the Netherlands’ most distinctive live performers and recording artists in contemporary rock and pop, with a strong retro influence. From there, Eric’s tour continues through Antwerp, Kraków, Budapest, Prague, Madrid, Barcelona, Mannheim, Cologne, and Munich.

This run includes Eric’s first performances in Budapest in 20 years, Madrid in 25 years, and Barcelona in 22 years, along with a first appearance in Kraków. The European dates conclude in Munich on May 17.

From Antwerp through to the final night in Munich, Eric will be joined by special guest Andy Fairweather Low & The Low Riders. Andy and his band will deliver their signature blend of soulful rock and blues setting the perfect tone for the evening. Andy, a longtime collaborator of Eric’s, first rose to fame in the 1960s with Amen Corner before launching a successful solo career.

A one-off outdoor concert follows on August 23 at the Royal Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. Special guests will be Ronnie Wood and his band, Andy Fairweather Low & The Low Riders, and Will Wilde.

In September, Eric heads to the United States for a limited six-date run—his only solo U.S. shows of the year—beginning in Detroit and continuing through Cincinnati, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Kansas City. Special guest is Jimmie Vaughan, who rose to prominence as a founding member of The Fabulous Thunderbirds, helping define their blues-driven sound in the 1970s and ’80s. He has since built a respected solo career, remaining a leading figure in modern electric blues.

The year’s live schedule concludes with Eric’s 2026 Crossroads Guitar Festival, held at the Moody Center in Austin on September 26–27. Since its debut in 2004, the festival has brought together leading guitarists from across genres while raising funds for the Crossroads Centre Antigua. Alongside returning performers, this year’s lineup includes first-time appearances from Trey Anastasio, Tommy Emmanuel, Julian Lage, and Pete Townshend. Eric will perform both nights.

As the tour approaches, extremely limited seats remain for Amsterdam, Kraków, Budapest, Prague, Madrid, and Barcelona. There is broader availability for Antwerp and the German shows. Fans can secure tickets at ericclapton.com/pages/tour or through the links below.

As with recent tours, the setlists are expected to draw from across Eric’s catalogue, combining familiar material with blues standards delivered with the restraint, feel, and musicianship that continue to define his live performances.
