USA Today Premieres Tears In Heaven From Crossroads Guitar Festival 2013

WATCH IT HERE!  USA Today has premiered Eric Clapton “Tears In Heaven” filmed at this year’s Crossroads Guitar Festival. It’s now available for viewing on whereseric.com thanks to Rhino. EC is accompanied by members of his touring band (Doyle Bramhall II, Greg Leisz, Chris Stainton, Willie Weeks, Steve Jordan) plus special guest Andy Fairweather Low. The DVD, Blu-ray and CD of festival highlights is out Tuesday, 19 November in the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Italy, Spain. On 20 November, it arrives in stores in Japan and Sweden. Clapton fans in the UK, Austria, Hong Kong, Poland, Australia, Finland, Switzerland, Ireland, and nine other countries are already enjoying it.

The festival took place on 12 and 13 April in New York City. Like the previous three Crossroads Festivals, Eric assembled an unparalleled lineup of the world’s most celebrated guitarists and while the previous three festivals were all hosted in sprawling outdoor stadiums, he took the festivities indoors for the first time this year to Madison Square Garden. The 2013 event also featured two different nights of music with performances by EC, the Allman Brothers Band, Blake Mills, Buddy Guy, Derek Trucks, Doyle Bramhall II, Gary Clark Jr., Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Keith Richards, Keith Urban, Los Lobos, Robert Cray, Sonny Landreth, Steve Cropper, Vince Gill, Warren Haynes and many more.
