Eric Clapton’s 2025 U.S. Tour: Seven Cities in September

Next month, Eric Clapton returns to the United States for a limited seven-city run—his only U.S. concerts of 2025. The tour opens with a very special “Evening With” performance on September 5 at Mershon Auditorium in Columbus, Ohio. All proceeds from this sold-out concert will benefit Crossroads Centre Antigua, which provides treatment and education to individuals with chemical and alcohol dependency, along with support for their families and significant others.

Eric’s band for all dates will feature Nathan East (bass/vocals), Edward “Sonny” Emory III (drums), Doyle Bramhall II (guitar), Tim Carmon (Hammond/keyboards), Chris Stainton (keyboards), Sharon White (backing vocals), and Katie Kissoon (backing vocals).

After Columbus, the tour heads to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on September 8. Eric’s connection to the city runs deep: in 1970, he performed at the historic Ryman Auditorium with Derek and The Dominos, taping an appearance for The Johnny Cash Show. Nashville is also where he famously purchased a cache of Fender Stratocaster guitars—three of which were later combined to create his iconic “Blackie.”

On September 11, Eric returns to Cleveland for the first time in 21 years. His history with the city dates back to 1968, when he appeared with Cream. This will mark his 15th solo performance there. Cleveland is also home to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, where Eric holds the unique distinction of being its only triple inductee.

The tour continues with shows in Philadelphia (September 13), Boston (September 16), New York (September 19), and Uncasville (September 20). Cleveland, Philadelphia, and Uncasville are already sold out, and tickets for the remaining shows are selling quickly.

The Wallflowers will appear as special guests in Nashville and all subsequent cities.

Ticketmaster is the official ticket partner for all dates except Cleveland, where the partner is SeatGeek.

No additional concerts will be added this year.
