Tickets on sale to general public 19 October at 9AM! Eric Clapton announced today the final dates of his 2013 European Tour. All 9 additional concerts take place in Germany. Tickets go on sale to the general public on 19 October at 9AM. The tour will stop in Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich, Stuttgart, Oberhausen, Cologne and Nuernberg. These dates come on the heels of previously announced concerts in the U.K., Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Austria and the Czech Republic. The dates are:
MAY 29 Frankfurt, Germany / Festhalle
MAY 30 Berlin, Germany / O2 World
JUNE 1 Hamburg, Germany / 02 World
JUNE 2 Leipzig, Germany / Leipzig Arena
JUNE 9 Munich, Germany / Olympiahalle
JUNE 12 Stuttgart, Germany / Schleyerhalle
JUNE 14 Oberhausen, Germany / Koenig-Pilsener Arena
JUNE 15 Cologne, Germany / Lanxess Arena
JUNE 18 Nuernberg, Germany / Arena Nuernberger Versicherung

Clapton has assembled an impressive band for the 2013 dates which will consist of long-time touring partners: Doyle Bramhall II (guitar), Steve Jordan (drums), Chris Stainton (piano and keyboards), and Willie Weeks (bass), along with newcomers Paul Carrack (organ and keyboards) and Greg Leisz (pedal steel guitar). Michelle John and Sharon White will join the touring band again as backing vocalists.
